Mujaahid relates that he was travelling with Abdullaah bin Umar R.A. when they happened to pass a desolate area
🌷 _Abdullaah bin Umar said to him, "Say; O desolate land! What has happened to those who resided on you?"_
_Mujaahid said, "O desolate land! What has happened to those who resided on you?"_
_*Abdullah bin Umar said, "They might all have passed on but their actions still remain."*_

This report is attributed to Mujāhid رحمه الله and is recorded in Ḥilyat al-Awliyāʾ wa-Ṭabaqāt al-Aṣfiyāʾ by Abū Nuʿaym al-Aṣfahānī. The wording is also reproduced in later biographical collections.

In another narration, 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رض) used to go out of the city into some wilderness with the express purpose of training and teaching his heart.
_When he reached there, he would ask the spot of land_
_*"Where are those who lived here?"*_
After that he would answer his own question by saying:
_*"Everything must perish save the presence of His being." (Ibn Kathir) *_
▪ This was how he summoned and preserved the remembrance of Afterlife in his heart.
And Allah presents the example of those who believed, the wife of Fir'awn.
[66:11]

Ibn Jarir said that Al-Qasim bin Abi Bazzah said,
"Firawn's wife used to ask, Who prevailed' When she was told, Musa and Harun prevailed', she said, I believe in the Lord of Musa and Harun.'
Firawn sent his aides to her and said to them, Find the biggest stone. If she insists on keeping her faith, throw the stone on her, otherwise she is my wife.'
When they came to her, she looked up to the sky and was able to see her house in Paradise. She persisted on the faith and said:
My Lord! Build for me a home with You in Paradise, and save me from Fir`awn and his work
وَنَجِّنِى مِنَ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
And save me from the wrongdoing people.

and her soul was then captured.
The stone was thrown on her lifeless body.'

'Aasiyah Bint Muzahim?
One of the 4 women named as the best women in Jannah?
As an example for those Men or Women, who are forbidden in their own homes, or on the street from practicing Islam.
_
Have Sabr like 'Aasiyah!
Have Sabr upon the obedience of Allah ﷻ!
Whether you are jeered at for the Hijab or mocked for the beard!
Whether you are cursed on the street for your modesty, or your appearance upon the Sunnah!

Don't compromise your Religion and do not lose Hope till the very end.
_
Culture comes before Religion for some, and for some its personal safety, but never compromise on the Deen, even for Family!

Just like Aasiyah never compromised, even as the wife of a Pharoah, Wealth and Power within her reach!

On a larger scale, we must tackle the cultural mindsets of the elder generation, as they act in the name of Islam, imposing culture rather than religion.
Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (R.A) said that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) said:
“Al-Hamdulillah is Umm Al-Qur'an and Umm Al-Kitab(the mother of the Book) and the seven oft-repeated.”
(Jami` at-Tirmidhi, 3124 Abi Dawud, 1457)
📁 Ibn Qayyim (d. 1350 CE) wrote three volumes of Madarij Salikin merely to explain this ( Al Fatihah) verse since Allah mentioned there the main concept of “worships” with its broad meaning.
Whereas the sixth verse teaches us to be humble even when we are the straight path because we may deviate outside from it and likewise tells us the most important thing to be asked in our Dua:
“Please guide us to the straight path.”
👉 It seems that all muslims are reminded regularly from time to time with the digest of this ultimate guidebook of life.
📁 A great Tabi’i, Al-Hasan Al-Basri (d. 728 CE), once said,
“Whoever masters the meaning of surah Al-Fatihah is like the one who masters all Allah’s holy scriptures.”

Surah Al Fatiha is our gateway to the realm of divine guidance, while the rest of the Quran gives us the roadmap to that journey.
Its study, memorisation, and vocalisation are mandatory upon every Muslim.
" SURAH AN-NAS "
Surah An Nas (Arabic: سورة الناس ), is the last surah in the Holy Quran and its number is 114. An Nas surah is one of the surahs that talks about the attributes of Allah Almighty.
👉Surah is a symbol of peace in the daily lives of Muslims.
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خُبَيْبٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ
The Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said, “Speak.”
I said, “What should I say?”
The Prophet said, “Say: He is Allah, the One, (112:1) and the two chapters of refuge, al-Falaq, and al-Nas, every evening and morning three times.They will be enough for you against everything.”

عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
📁 Imam Muslim recorded on the authority of Uqbah ibn Amir that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) said :
“ Do you not see that there have been verses revealed to me tonight the like of which has never been seen before.They are :
( Say:I seek refuge with the Rabb of the daybreak “ Surat Al- Falaq “, and say: I seek refuge with the Rabb of mankind “ Surat An- Nas ) “
(Sahih Muslim, Hadith 814)
🗃 So the Prophet Muhammad ( peace and blessings be upon him ) was commanded to tell the people:
“I seek refuge with the Rabb of the dawn, from the evil of everything that He has created, and from the evil of the darkness of night and from the evil of magicians, men, and women, and from the evil of the envious”,and to tell them:
“I seek refuge with the Rabb of mankind, the King of mankind, and the Deity of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer, who returns over and over again, who whispers (evil) into the hearts of men, whether he be from among the jinn or mankind.”
Surah An Nas warns us against the secret whispers of evil inside our hearts and warns us also against the evil that may come from other men or invisible spirits.
As long as we put ourselves in Allah’s protection and we should trust in Allah, so evil will not be able to affect us.
🌷 Further conclusion of these Noble Surahs..
Shaikh Al 'Allamah Hammad Al Anshori states that:
" Allah opens His Book with Surah Al Fatihah which contains the message of monotheism ( Tawheed) and closes it with Surah An Naas which also contains the message of monotheism ( Tawheed)
The lesson is, O all humans, as you live above monotheism ( Tawheed ),then you must die above monotheism ( Tawheed)
