DEATH OF SAYYIDAH AL KUBRA رضي الله عنها*

 

 

*Day of passing of beloved Sayyidah Khadijah Al-Kubra رضي الله عنها*

 

10th of Ramadān marks the day of passing of the Mother of the Believers Sayyida Khadijah Al Kubra رضي الله عنها.

 

The first woman to accept Islam and became a mountain of comfort and support to the Prophet of Allah ﷺ during the difficult early years. Loyalty beyond words!

 

Sacrificed her wealth for the religion to such a level that the Holy Prophet ﷺ said, "No ones wealth benefitted me more than the wealth of Khadijah..."

 

Married the Holy Prophet ﷺ at the age of 40 after witnessing his beauty and awe and mothered 6 of the noble children of the Prophet of Allah ﷺ

 

Sayyidah Khadija RadiAllāhu Anha was the first woman to embrace Islam and have belief in The Prophet ﷺ

 

Rasūlullāh ﷺ said about Sayyidah Khadijah "She believed in me when no one else did, she accepted Islam when people rejected me."

 

Sayyidah Khadija RadiAllāhu Anha was blessed with the distinction of having been greeted with salam by Allāh Ta’ālā

 

May Allāh Ta’ālā elevate her and shower His Choicest blessings and mercies on her blessed resting place. May we be raised with those who are obedient to her of the Day of Resurrection, Āmeen.
