*A Surprise That Changed Addas Forever*
★ Addas did as they had instructed. As the Prophet ﷺ reached for the grapes, he said, "In the name of Allah."
★ Addas looked closely at his face and remarked, "These are not words the people of this land usually say."
The Prophet ﷺ asked, "What country are you from? And what is your religion?"
★ Addas replied, "I am a Christian, from the people of Nineveh."
★ The Prophet ﷺ said, "From the city of the righteous man Jonah (Yunus), the son of Matta."
Addas asked, "How do you know Jonah, the son of Matta?"
The Prophet ﷺ replied, "He is my brother. He was a Prophet, and I am a Prophet."
Then Addas bent down and kissed the Prophet's head, hands, and feet.
