عَنْ سَلْمَةَ، أَمَةِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، قَالَتْ: مَا شَكَا أَحَدٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ وَجَعٍ فِي رَأْسِهِ إِلاَّ قَالَ: "احْتَجِمْ"، وَلاَ مِنْ وَجَعٍ فِي رِجْلَيْهِ إِلاَّ قَالَ: "اخْضِبْهُمَا بِالْحِنَّاءِ
Salma, the maid-servant of the Prophet (ﷺ), said that whenever someone complained of leg pain, he would advise them to dye their feet with henna .

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: "الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ، وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ

*"The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach. Sufficient for him are a few morsels to keep his back straight."* .
