*🌷Allah Subhanahu wa taala teaches us in the Qur'an that people with Sabr (Patience) and Tawakkul (complete reliance upon Allah) will always have beautiful and blissful endings. 🌷*

*💛The concept of Sabr is beautiful but it's not easy, it means to stay silent even when your heart is burning, it means to trust Allah's plan even if things don't go as you want. 💛*

*🎀But remember, Sabr always pays off when your heart is in a shield with Tawakkul. 🎀*

*🌌Sabr means accepting the decree of Allah without any regrets🌌*

*💖It is understanding that only He has the knowledge of the unseen and knows what is BEST for us. 💖*

*🌻With Sabr everything will flow into your life in due time. Nothing early and nothing late. All at the PERFECT TIME InShaAllah. 🌻*

*🌼Things you've always dreamt about will all fall in place at the right time and in the most beautiful manner but before them falling into place you need to cling onto what befalls you with Sabr. 🌼*

*🌴With a mindset of Sabr and Tawakkul you can get through everything in life with a lot of peace InShaAllah.🌴*

*🌸Be content, cause InShaAllah You'll see all your dreams and wishes come true according to the will of Allah Subhanahu wa taala very sooon🌸*

*🍀Allah knows what your silent heart wants. Even if you don’t include it in your prayers. He hears what your heart whispers. 🍀*

*🌻He may not give it to you now but someday, when you least expect it, things will happen in the best possible way InShaAllah. 🌻*

*🌍Your Creator is the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth. Everything you do, where you stand, what you choose to say or conceal are known by Him. 🌍*

*🌈He is your Creator; He has the knowledge of the unseen. He can see what you can’t and He knows what’s best for you and when it's best for you to have it. 🌈*

*🎀Put your trust in Allah! And know that even though the world is not by your side, you are not alone. Your Rabb is with you, All Knowing, All Watching & All Hearing. 🎀*

يَا بُنَيَّ أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَانْهَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا أَصَابَكَ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ

*_❄O my son! keep up prayer and enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and bear patiently that which befalls you; surely these acts require courage; ❄_*

*⚡When things get tough just remember: ⚡*

*🍀 (1) This life is a test and Allah Subhanahu wa taala is testing us. *

*🍀 (2) This dunya is very short and then comes the Day of Judgement which is near. *

*🍀 (3) Remember the trials of the Prophets, Shahabas, Scholars, and have Patience. *

*🍀 (4) With Patience comes immense reward. *

*🍀 (5) And don't forget; Allah Subhanahu wa taala loves those who are patient. *

*🍀 (6) Death is at our doorstep and what really matters is if you obeyed Allah's commands or not. *

*🍀 (7) Trust Allah even when you think nothing makes sense, He will work miracles for you in unexpected ways InShaAllah. *

*🍀 (8) He is your Lord, your guardian, your protector, He hears and sees everything. He is the all-knowing of the seen as well as the unseen. *

*🍀 (9) Let His Beautiful names comfort your heart by focusing on His divine attributes. *

*🍀 (10) InShaAllah He'll give your heart the peace it seeks for because He is As-Salaam (The ultimate source of peace) *

*🔑Your Key ➡ Patience. *

*⚔Your Weapon ➡ Duaa*

*💪🏻Your Strength ➡ Sujood. *

*🌷Your Comfort ➡ Qur’an. *

*_💙✨Surah Al-Baqarah, Aayat No 156✨💙

الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

*_✨Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: Surely we are Allah's and to Him we shall surely return.✨_*

*_HOW CAN WE FIND PEACE IN OUR HEARTS AND BE SATISFIED IN LIFE? _*. 

As Muslims ALLAH has blessed us with so many ways to succeed in life and gain Jannat by HIS RAHMAH. Some of the means are:

Increase dhikr (Remembrance of ALLAH) as ALLAH says;

 الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ (28)

"Who have believed and whose heart have Rest in the remembrance of ALLAH. Verily in the remembrance of ALLAH, do hearts find rest." 

(Qur'an 13:28) 

That's by studying the Quran, applying in our way of life and praise ALLAH more through His beautiful attributes.

Increase in Sunnah Salaah after perfection of Fard Salaah. As ALLAH says;

 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ (153)

"O you who believe, seek help with steadfastness and prayer. Surely ALLAH is with those who are steadfast." 

(Qur'an 2:153)

Asking forgiveness. ALLAH says;

 فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا (10)

"And I have said: seek forgiveness from your Lord. Lo He was ever forgiving." 

(Qur'an 71:10)

In addition to above we are also asked to continue to strive and struggle to up-grade ourselves through Halaal means. ALLAH says;

 إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ ۗ

" surely ALLAH does not change the condition in which a people are in until they change that which is in themselves." 

(Qur'an 13:11)

In summary, I conclude that stress results from lack of inner peace due to conflicts within us and leads to external disturbances in our behaviour and health. 

Inner peace can only be achieved by believing in ALLAH with actions such as obeying HIS commands, the All Mighty, and remembering HIM frequently and asking for HIS help and forgiveness in good or bad times. *_We ask ALLAH to have mercy on us and aid us through our little efforts_*.

وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ

*_✨And We will most certainly try you with somewhat of fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits; and give good news to the patient, ✨_*

*🍃No matter how much you're going through or*

*🍃how much hope you lost and*

*🍃how confused you were in what to do. *

*💠Allah Subhanahu wa taala was the one who took you out of that situation or, *

*💠He will after He tests your patience and faith in Him or maybe, *

*💠He just wants to take something away from you to replace it with something better. *

*💟Trust your Rabb and InShaAllah you'll see how each and everything that happened to you was just for your goood💟*

*🌟Allah knows the BEST. He knows what's BEST for you, it may not seem like it now; but the pieces of the puzzle connect at the end. And that's when the beautiful picture is complete🌟*

*🌷Always have faith in Allah Subhanahu wa taala because He only can do anything that is impossible and Everything is possible for Him. AllahuAkbar!!🌷*

*♥We have to trust that when things don't work out the way we want, Allah Subhanahu wa taala has something better planned. ♥*

*✨You may not end up where you thought you'd be, but you will always end up where you're meant to be right where Allah, your Rabb intended you to be all along! ✨*

*وَيْلٌ لِلْمُطَفِّفِينَ*

*Woe to those who give less [than due]*

*الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ*

*Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full*

*وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَوْ وَزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ*

*But if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss*

★  _The only thing that comes to mind when we recite these ayaats is the business man, the shopkeeper and the butcher who deals with the scales_

📍 _Don't you think the spouse who demands more from his/ her spouse but gives back less falls under the aaya?_

📍 _The teacher or the worker who expects salary intact and on time but doesn't care when he comes in and leaves the workplace? Sometimes not even doing their job well?_

📍 _The person who complains when friends and relatives do not check upon but totally forgets to even get in touch with them?_

📍 _The Muslim who expects Allah to answer all his dua but he's negligent when it comes to fulfilling Allah's rights over him?_

*_💝O Prophet! Tell the captives in your custody, “If Allah finds goodness in your hearts, He will give you better than what has been taken from you, and forgive you. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” 💝_*

*☘️Learn to accept the decree of Allah Subhanahu wa taala and learn to go easy on your soul and heart. ☘️*

*💫Let events flow in their predestined path. Know that they are exactly going according to Allah Subhanahu wa taala's divine plan. 💫*

*🌼Between the period of the blinking of the eye and its opening, Allah Subhanahu wa taala changes things from one state to another. 🌼*

*💗Do not sleep except with a clear mind, a grateful and content heart. Wake up and be grateful to your Rabb for all His uncountable bounties upon you. 💗*

*💜❝No amount of guilt can change the past and no amount of worrying can change the future. Go easy on yourself, for the outcome of all affairs is determined by Allah's decree. If something is meant to go elsewhere, it will never come your way, but if it is your destiny, from you it cannot flee. ❞💜*

*🤲🏻💚May all the suffering hearts find a ray of rekindled hope in the mercy of Allah, in the qadr of Allah and in the path they are journeying on with complete Tawakkul in Allah.  

May Allah heal you, protect you, nourish you, console you, guide you and may Allah be Al-Hafiz (The Guardian) and Al-Wali (The Protecting Friend) over all your affairs with tons of Aafiyat, Khair and Barakah alwayssss..

 Exploring the Names of Paradise in the Qur’an

 

 

 

 

** 1. جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ (Gardens of Eternity / Eternal Gardens)**

 

 

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ وَرِضْوَانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ

 

**(At-Tawbah 9:72)**

 

*"Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment."*

 ** 2. جَنَّاتِ الْفِرْدَوْسِ (Gardens of Paradise / Firdaws)**

 

 

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ نُزُلًا

 

**(Al-Kahf 18:107)**

 

*"Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging."*

 ** 3. جَنَّاتِ الْمَأْوَىٰ (Gardens of Refuge)**

 

 

أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتُ ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ نُزُلًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

 

**(As-Sajdah 32:19)**

 

*"As for those who believed and did righteous deeds, for them will be the Gardens of Refuge as accommodation for what they used to do."*

 ** 4. جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيمِ (Gardens of Bliss / Delight)**

 

 

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتُ النَّعِيمِ

 

**(Luqmān 31:8)**

 

 

*"Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds – for them are the Gardens of Pleasure."*

 ** 5. جَنَّةُ الْخُلْدِ (The Eternal Garden)**

 

 

قُلْ أَذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ أَمْ جَنَّةُ الْخُلْدِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَزَاءً وَمَصِيرًا

 

**(Al-Furqān 25:15)**

 

*"Say, 'Is that better or the Garden of Eternity which is promised to the righteous? For them, it is a reward and destination.'"*

 ** 6. جَنَّتَانِ  (Two Gardens)**

 

 

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ * فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ * ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ  فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ * فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ

 

 

**(Ar-Rahmān 55:46-50)**

 

*"But for he who has feared the standing before his Lord are two gardens. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? Having [spreading] branches. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? In both of them are two springs, flowing."*

 ** 7. دَارُ السَّلَامِ (The Home of Peace)**

 

 

وَاللَّهُ يَدْعُو إِلَىٰ دَارِ السَّلَامِ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

 

**(Yūnus 10:25)**

 

*"And Allah invites to the Home of Peace and guides whom He wills to a straight path."*

 ** 8. دَارُ الْقَرَارِ (The Home of Permanence)**

 

 

يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّمَا هَٰذِهِ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ وَإِنَّ الْآخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ الْقَرَارِ

 

**(Ghāfir 40:39)**

 

*"O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter – that is the home of permanence."*

 **9. الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا ( The Paradise, which you have been made to inherit)**

 

 

وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمُ الْأَنْهَارُ وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ لَقَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَنُودُوا أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

 

**(Al-A’rāf 7:43)**

 

 

*"And We will have removed whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [while] flowing beneath them are rivers. And they will say, 'Praise to Allah, who has guided us to this; and we would never have been guided if Allah had not guided us. Certainly the messengers of our Lord had come with the truth.' And they will be called, 'This is Paradise, which you have been made to inherit for what you used to do.'"*

**10. جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ  ( Gardens And Rivers )**

 

 

إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ * فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ

 

**(Al-Qamar 54:54-55)**

 

 

*"Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, in a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability."*

 **11. الدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ (The Hereafter Home)**

 

 

وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَلَلدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

 

**(Al-An’ām 6:32)**

 

*"And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah, so will you not reason?"*

 **12. الْحُسْنَىٰ (The Best)**

 

 

لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا الْحُسْنَىٰ وَزِيَادَةٌ وَلَا يَرْهَقُ وُجُوهَهُمْ قَتَرٌ وَلَا ذِلَّةٌ أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

 

**(Yūnus 10:26)**

 

 

*"For those who do good is the best [reward] and extra. No darkness will cover their faces, nor humiliation. Those are companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally."*

 **13. الْفَضْلُ (The Bounty)**

 

 

وَابْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

 

**(Al-Jumu’ah 62:10)**

 

*"And seek the bounty of Allah and remember Allah often that you may succeed."*
